“It's a lot cheaper, they can go back and rewatch stuff if it hasn't sunk in, and then they'll just come along to two hour support sessions, which are a lot easier to slot in the diary, and they can talk to a tutor and ask questions."

Overall, the group plans to continue on its journey of change this year but Harrison added that she strives to hit a balance so as "not to scare" her team too much.
