BrokerIQ Solutions has launched a software as a service product designed to "modernise advisory systems".

Released in response to the growing demand for streamlined, client-focused technology, Your Advisor Here aims to bridge the gap left by outdated legacy CRM software.

BrokerIQ Solutions explained the product is an extension of its branded mobile application, which offers advisers their own customised app linked to their unique client engagement platform.

This platform automates the entire client journey, with a particular focus on protection products, profiling clients continuously, and flagging reminders about review dates and policy benefits - an industry must for consumer duty.

The motivation behind the product was explained by BrokerIQ Solutions founder, Joanne Cole, who said: “Legacy systems are leaving advisers frustrated.

“Moving to new systems is often a long and time-consuming process that advisers cannot afford.

“With Your Advisor Here, advisers can achieve instant deployment and seamless onboarding with minimal effort, revolutionising client interactions in just minutes.”

BrokerIQ said the product offers a suite of features designed to meet the “needs of modern advisers”, including fully traceable chat, automated document upload, automated video communication, data integration, and automated reminders.

With a flexible monthly subscription model, BrokerIQ argued that the product provides an “affordable, comprehensive solution” for advisers seeking to modernize their systems and better serve their clients in a digital age.

Additionally, advisers also have the opportunity to upgrade to their own bespoke branded mobile application when the time is right for them, putting their own brand “at the center” of their client relationship with many extra features and automated journeys.

“Technology and innovation is needed to move with the times and for consumer duty,” Lawson Financial managing director, Michelle Lawson, added.

“We find the app is user friendly and a great introduction to our business. Our customers engage regularly and love the simplicity.

“The two-way messaging service is a great easy way for us to keep our customers updated with notifications and educational videos.”
