Digital solutions that allow advisers to offer their services at scale are one part of the solution. However, if platforms continue to become simpler, more efficient, and leverage emerging technology, such as artificial intelligence, advisers will be able to help more people and dedicate more time to identifying and supporting the clients that need it most, including the vulnerable.
